WASPADA ONLINE JAKARTA - The Financial Transaction Report Analysis Center (PPATK) conveyed, they found out 50 suspiciously transactions in connection with a bailot which amounted to Rp6,7 quintillion in the Century Bank. In the press conference, PPATK -- releashed last week in Jakarta -- 50 reports of suspiously financial transaction (LTKM) obtained financial supply service (PJK) up to on November, 23 2009. And then BPK asked for PPATK for further taking action by requiring a bailot information towards 16 PJK allegation, however from the sixteen PJK allegations, only 10 PJK which inform the information and document, while the rest delayed by Bank technical operation so it has yet been able to file a information and documentation that was required. PPATK conveyed that so far BPK filed three letters for PPATK dealing with the request of transaction analysis assistance, the first letter is on September 17, 2009, and the second letter is on October, 5 2009 and the third one is on October, 29 2009. In the BPK letter asked for information about unrecognized fund which flown goes to outside, The purpose of usage from allegation account number in connection with Bank Century in Bank Century Enterprise into other account numbers on behalf the related name or others which involved 124 transaction and related to more than 50 customers. BPK demand as mentioned in the annexes of BPK letter , and the most obtained based on Indonesia Bank’s decree dated January, 28 2009 about allegation data and others which permitted to deprive their fund from Century Bank, Tbk Enterprise.
